Nea Fokea it is the second village after the channel
of Potidea, in the peninsula of Kassandra. Kassandra is the first and most popular of the three
fingers that leads to the peninsula of Chalkidiki and is compared, as it appears also in the map, as trident. Result of this geographic peculiarity, is the 500 metres coasts full of contrasts, with big sandy beaches, a lot of creeks hidden in the rocks and green mountains with pine forests that reach up to the wave.

Nea Fokea is one of the biggest villages the Kassandra, with a lot of shops, supermarkets and open markets with fresh fruits and vegetables that the producers sell themselves. It has many taverns, some bars and cafeterias, most of them next to the sea, with background the Tower, which mirrors in the quiet waters
of the small harbour, among the small fishing boats.

On the hill by the sea rises the
Tower, built in the 15th century, and next to it is the church of the12 Evangelists, ruins of one of the abbeys of Mount Athos, Saint’s Paul.
In small distance from the Tower is located the church and Holy Water of Saint Paul, dogged in the rock with length of 10 metres(propbably Macedonian grave).
According to local customs, the Evangelist Saint Paul passed by this church when he declared Christianity and he was baptising the new Christians.

Hotel Villa Apollon is to be found in the entry of the village and in 40 metres distance from the central street, next to the municipal athletic centre.
It abstains:
150 metres from the beach,
300 metres from the centre of village,
15 kilometres from the harbour of Nea Moudania,
70 kilometres from the airport of Thessalonica,
6 kilometres from Kalithea (the bigger centre of night life in Kassandra), and
14 kilometres from the capital of prefecture, Kassandria.
